Overview

Pharmacy is an essential part of the healthcare system. Pharmacy professionals ensure the safe & effective use of drugs throughout the community whether in hospitals, clinics, or within the general community. Our college of Pharmacy is affiliated with the University of Sargodha and registered with the Pharmacy Council of Pakistan.

The pharmacy profession has historic roots as the art and science of preparing and dispensing medications. This role of pharmacists had been transformed into wide-ranging activities including health care systems (community, hospital and clinical pharmacy settings), the pharmaceutical industry, the biotechnology industry, research (drug discovery, drug development and drug delivery), drug regulatory and monitoring agencies, marketing and sale of medicines, academics, and training of health workers in all the health care domains. Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for the people of Pakistan and the global community through improve healthcare facilities and services.

The proclaimed objective of the College of Pharmacy is to provide best possible professional pharmacy education and make it an excellent research centre for all the fields of pharmaceutical sciences including the clinical and therapeutic aspects. Program Offered

MIAS College of Pharmacy offers an undergraduate 5 years degree program with the title of PHARM-D, for those who are interested to pursue a career in the field of health and Pharmaceutical Sciences.

Students must complete 198 credit hours for this degree.

Eligibility
60% Marks in FSc (Pre-Medical) or equivalent.

Semester
Students are required to pass 5 years for the completion of this degree.
